By using Reelsave you agree to what follows. If any of it does not suit you, please do not use the service.

What the service does

Reelsave takes a link to publicly visible content on Instagram, locates the media file behind it, and passes that file to you. It is a technical convenience, nothing more. We do not host, store, curate or archive any of the content that passes through it, and we have no control over what is published on Instagram.

Independence

This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Those names are used only to describe what the tool works with, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you download and for what you do with it afterwards. In particular, you agree that you will not use this service to:

• Download content you do not have the right to use, or use downloaded content in a way its creator has not permitted
• Republish, redistribute, or monetise someone else's work as though it were your own
• Attempt to reach private, restricted, or otherwise non-public content
• Break any law that applies to you, or breach Instagram's own terms of service
• Run automated tools, scripts or bots against the service, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on it
• Interfere with the service's operation, or try to circumvent its rate limits or security measures

Copyright

Everything you can reach through this tool belongs to whoever created it. Downloading a copy does not transfer any rights to you. Saving a public video for your own private use is generally treated as personal use; republishing it, using it commercially, or presenting it as your own work is not, and can breach both copyright law and Instagram's terms.

If you believe content reachable through this service infringes your copyright, see the takedown section on our contact page. Because we host nothing ourselves, the fastest remedy is almost always a report to Instagram, who hold the content — but we will act on valid notices about anything within our control.

Availability

The service is offered as it is, free of charge, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. It depends on Instagram's systems, which can change without notice and occasionally do. Features may stop working, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any claim brought against you by a third party in connection with content you downloaded.

Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal costs, brought by a third party because of content you downloaded through the service or the way you used it.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with its date, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them falls to the courts of Pakistan. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
