Bug reports, copyright notices and suggestions all land in the same inbox.

There is one inbox behind all of this, read by a person rather than a ticketing system. Whatever the subject, support@getinstareel.com reaches us.
Send the reel link you tried and what you saw. A link makes a problem reproducible in seconds; a description of it rarely does.
If your work is reachable through this tool and you want it stopped, see the notice below for what to send.
Missing a format, an option, or a language? Most of what the tool does today started as a message from someone using it.
One thing worth knowing first: we do not host, store or archive any Instagram content. Files are fetched from Instagram's own servers at the moment someone requests them, and nothing is retained afterwards. There is no copy of your work sitting on our systems to delete.
That means the effective remedy is almost always a report to Instagram, who actually hold the content. Removing it there removes it from everywhere, including from anything reachable through this tool.
That said, if you believe something within our control infringes your rights, write to support@getinstareel.com with:
Valid notices are acted on promptly. Please do send accurate ones — a notice that misrepresents the position can expose the sender to liability.
Most messages get a reply within two working days. Copyright notices are looked at first. If you have not heard back within a week, it is worth sending the message again, since spam filters occasionally take a dislike to attachments.
